Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

We at our hotel in Bouddhanath, Kathmandu aim to provide our guests with a seamless booking experience. You can make a reservation online by visiting our hotel's website or by calling our reservation desk. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers as payment methods. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email that contains all the details of your reservation. We advise our guests to review their reservation details carefully to ensure that all the information provided is accurate.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, we have a flexible cancellation policy that allows guests to cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before their scheduled check-in time without incurring any penalty. However, for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in time, we will charge one night's stay as a cancellation fee. In the case of a no-show, we will charge one night's stay as a no-show fee.

Modification Policy:

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact our reservation desk as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. However, please note that modifications to reservations may result in changes to the price of the room or additional fees.

Refund Policy:

In the event of a cancellation made according to our cancellation policy, we will process a refund in the same manner that the payment was made. Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to process. We cannot guarantee that your bank or credit card issuer will process the refund within a specific time frame. We will do our best to process the refund as quickly as possible.
